The installation needed to deliver consistent quality across 12 floors while ensuring compatibility with underfloor heating systems and meeting programme demands.

Scope of works

Installation of 4,000 m² of 65 mm fibre-reinforced screed across 12 floors. Screed installed directly over underfloor heating systems.

Delivery

High-performance screed pumps were used to deliver material efficiently to upper levels, maintaining workflow and consistent application across the development.

Outcome

4,000 m² of screed was installed to specification, producing smooth, level finishes ready for final floor coverings in line with construction schedules.
